Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, undamaged, with all original tags, certificates, documentation, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Important for High-Value Items
- For items of significant value (e.g., artworks, jewelry, limited editions, collectibles):
- The return shipment must be fully insured for the item’s value
- Secure packaging equivalent to the original packaging is required
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit if they are not properly insured.
Certificates of Authenticity
Items delivered with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) must be returned together with the certificate in original condition. Returns without the COA may be refused or subject to partial refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us without delay if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Commissioned artworks
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials or restricted items
- If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union — Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
Returned items must meet the eligibility requirements stated above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: up to 10 business days
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time
