Shipping & Payment Policy

Shipping Providers

We ship our goods using our logistics partners Tka Logistik, DHL Austria, and Austrian Post. All shipments handled by our logistics providers are insured against theft and damage.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Shipping Regions & Costs

(including statutory VAT where applicable)

Delivery is available within the European Union, particularly to Austria, Germany, and Switzerland.

Great to Collect offers free shipping.
If shipping costs apply in exceptional cases, they will be clearly displayed in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations (§ 8 para. 1 FAGG).

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, delivery is made within 14 business days.

For custom-made or personalized items, delivery time is up to 42 business days, unless specified otherwise.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If delays occur, customers will be informed promptly. In the event that an item becomes unavailable, Great to Collect reserves the right to withdraw from the contract and will immediately refund any payments received.

If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery period.
