OVERVIEW
Welcome to Great to Collect. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Great to Collect. Great to Collect operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you, the customer, with a personalized shopping experience (the “Services”). Great to Collect is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), set out your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. Great to Collect reserves the right to accept or reject any order in its sole discretion for any reason. An order is not accepted until confirmed by Great to Collect. Acceptance is subject to receipt and successful processing of payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Great to Collect may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at checkout.

You represent and warrant that purchases are for your personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 — PRICING AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation email.

We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.

We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without endorsement.
Your use of optional tools is entirely at your own risk and discretion. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms under which such tools are provided by the relevant third parties.

Great to Collect is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all purchases and sales you make in our store are made directly with Great to Collect. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or relating to your purchases and transactions with Great to Collect.

We are not obligated to keep Feedback confidential, to pay compensation, or to respond. We may remove Feedback that we deem unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates intellectual property rights or these Terms.
